FITZPLANT is a trading name of Fitzpatrick Plant Sales Ltd which was originally established by John Fitzpatrick, who has worked in the industry for over 40 years. John has built up a proven reputation within the Construction, Mining, Quarrying and Earth moving equipment industries during this time. Originally trained as an engineer with the Caterpillar dealership, he progressed to become Service Manager and finally Branch Manager, before establishing his own business in 1970.

Marguerite Fitzpatrick is responsible for accounts payable and receivable. She also manages EU and Vat compliances. Marguerite has been in the business with John for the last 35 years.

Simon Fitzpatrick officially joined the company in 2004 but has been immersed in the industry all his life. After qualifying from University as a Civil Engineer and gaining valuable on site experience, he is now 100% committed to sourcing and selling equipment for FITZPLANT both in Irish and international markets.

Sonya Fitzpatrick joined the company in 2005 and brought with her over 7 years international marketing experience. Sonya is the main point of contact for web and international sales coupled with worldwide shipping and logistics.

FITZPLANT is supported by a highly experienced team of service engineers who repair and service all the machines on site. Foreman Jamie Leahy has been working with machines for over 14 years and manages the workshop, repairs and servicing.

Our premises are ideally located 20 minutes from the " Port of Cork ", which operates weekly Ro-Ro ferry services around the world, and 20 minutes from the Cork International Airport .
